1. Shipping Coverage

We offer Pan-India shipping, covering almost all pin codes across the country. Whether you’re in a bustling metro or a remote town, we’ll get our products to your doorstep.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities 3 – 7 Business Days
Rest of India 5 – 10 Business Days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as public holidays, extreme weather, or courier partner delays.

3. Shipping Charges & Payment Modes

We offer different shipping rates based on your chosen payment method:

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders paid for online via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallets.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional non-refundable fee of ₹100 will be charged for all COD orders to cover specialized handling and collection services.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your Tracking ID and the link to track your package in real-time.

5. Undelivered Items

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, it will be returned to our warehouse.

  • For prepaid orders, we can reship the item (additional shipping charges may apply).

  • For COD orders, future COD privileges may be suspended if a package is rejected at the doorstep without a valid reason.
