Welcome to Gharana-e-Chikankari. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By placed an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use this site.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Service Area: We provide Pan-India shipping.

  • Timelines: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days for Metro cities and 5–10 business days for the rest of India.

  • Shipping Fees: * Prepaid Orders: Enjoy FREE shipping on all prepaid transactions.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹100 applies to all COD orders.

  • Liability: The business is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Strict Return Policy: Returns are only entertained for sizing issues or damaged products.

  • Mandatory Evidence: An unboxing video is strictly required to claim any damage or product-related issues. Requests without a video or with removed tags will be summarily rejected.

  • Refund Method: We operate a Store Credit Only policy. Approved returns will result in a Store Gift Card.

  • Bank Refunds: No bank account refunds will be processed except in extraordinary cases at the sole discretion of management.

  • Communication: All requests must be sent to support@gharanaechikankari.com within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Data Privacy & Marketing Consent

By using this website and providing your contact information, you agree to the following:

  • Data Collection: We collect personal data including but not limited to name, email, phone number, and browsing behavior.

5. Product Accuracy

Chikankari is an artisanal craft involving manual embroidery. Minor variations in threadwork, motifs, or color shades are characteristic of the craft and are not considered "damages."

6. Limitation of Liability

Gharana-e-Chikankari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow.
